Sunsets and Sunrises
Good morning from Westminster, MD!
Jen and I have officially moved back to the United States! It was very hard to say goodbye to all of our friends in Nicaragua, but it is great to be home with our family and friends in the US. We are forever grateful for everyone in Nicaragua who helped make our time there an incredible experience. We are also very thankful for our friends, Mike and Ashlee, who came to Nicaragua to help us move. While the sun may have set on our time of living in Nicaragua, we will continue to work there for the foreseeable future, which is exciting. We still have a great team of Nicaraguans on the ground in Nicaragua to continue advancing the vision God has given us. Jen will also continue to work with House of Hope in the area of communications and jewelry design.
It would be easy to think that our best work is behind us in Nicaragua, but I do not think that is true at all. In fact, I believe the best work in Nicaragua is yet to come and I am excited to be a part of it. God has a great plan for Nicaragua and I cannot wait to be along for the adventure!
